Five rules every Blackwolf officer works by
Head on the swivel
If your neck isn鈥檛 aching after the drop-off, you weren鈥檛 looking enough. Observe, profile, stay switched on.
Recce is a must
Know exactly where you need to be and how to get there. Leave no stone unturned before the principal moves.
Know your vehicles
The golden rule: always know where your vehicles are. The swift exit is planned before anyone needs it.
Fit for the job
It鈥檚 not motivation, it鈥檚 discipline. Every officer trains, because long days don鈥檛 forgive a weak body.
No room for error
Every job is run like a military operation. By the book, every time, and nothing about you leaves the team.
How we work: calm, structured, accountable
01 路 Private conversation
A private, encrypted conversation with a senior coordinator, with no obligation. We listen to your plans and concerns, then explain what your protection would look like.
02 路 Risk check
We study the risks: the country and city, your public profile, where you are most exposed, and the routes and venues. We agree roles with any partners so nobody gets in each other's way.
03 路 Written proposal
A written plan: what we cover, the team, vehicles, technology, partners, backup plans and the fee. Signed under a confidentiality agreement and written for you alone.
04 路 Mobilisation
Officers, drivers and partners are in place before you arrive. Final briefings, communications set up, the operations team informed. Ready, without fuss.
05 路 Operation
One point of contact on the ground, with our operations team kept informed. Calm work. Daily or event-by-event reports if you want them.
06 路 After-action
A private review afterwards: what went well, what we learned and what we suggest for next time. We build relationships that last for years.
