We collect only the data necessary to assess and fulfil protective mandates: identity, contact information, mission parameters and, where required for operational planning, location and itinerary data.

Legal basis

Processing is based on contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the mandate and a maximum of five years thereafter, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Security

All data is processed in a secured, encrypted environment. Access is restricted to operational personnel on a strict need-to-know basis. Individual NDAs are available upon request prior to any operational discussion.
