Bodyguards and Executive Protection in Freetown, Sierra Leone
Whether you live in Freetown or are flying in for business, we keep you and your family safe. Freetown is Sierra Leone's capital and main port: the seat of government and the business base for the country's mining and trade. The Blackwolf Group Global gives you bodyguards, secure drivers and risk planning for every day you spend in Freetown.
Freetown needs local knowledge. The airport is at Lungi, across the estuary, so you reach the city by water taxi or a long drive round the bay. Roads are narrow and steep, traffic is heavy and street lighting is poor. Every route has to be planned by people who know the city.

Threat picture
Freetown at the moderate risk band
Freetown carries some risk. People who are known or look wealthy can be targeted for theft, most of all at night. Heavy rain in the wet season can flood roads and cut journeys short. From the moment you confirm, our team checks your routes and venues before you arrive and writes a daily threat brief. We keep it updated for as long as we protect you.
Our risk briefings draw on public information, what we learned on earlier jobs in the area, and regular contact with trusted local partners. If the risk changes while we protect you, the team is told straight away.
